i2rd Return/Exchange Policy

i2rd's customers are subject to the agreement with the terms of any end user license that is included with our software. Your ability to obtain a refund will be dependant on adhering to the following return policies.

Returns and Refund:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, i2rd will refund the purchase price of the software within 30 calendar days of purchase with no questions asked. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 402-420-5022 and state your request. Physical CD Installation Kits, such as CDEveryWhere or Xjob Scheduler, are not refundable once opened.

Exchange:
If you purchase a physical software installation kit of CDEveryWhere or Xjob Scheduler if the package is damaged during shipping, i2rd will exchange the damaged installation CD for a new one. This offer is valid from 30 days from the original shipping date.
